I listen to Podcasts while I'm driving long distances, and Hoda's is by far my favorite one. She asks the kinds of questions I would ask. I appreciate how well prepared she is as well as how smoothly the conversations go - that is not easy! I had to pull over during the Mitch Albom interview because I was crying, it was a beautifully conducted interview and so honest, touching my heart. The Oprah/Maria interview was a privledge! I felt I was listening into a private conversation and I now have an even deeper admiration for them. Keep up the good work! You are reaching people and making a difference. Love you, Hoda.

This is quickly becoming my favorite podcast. I find Hoda herself inspiring in her perspective on life, the example she sets, and the kindness she shows to all. She’s a skilled interviewer and I’m drawn into her conversation with every guest. This is a great show for someone who wants to reflect, smile, maybe shed a tear, and come away with at least one tidbit or lesson that will stick with you.

Every Saturday I try to make space for myself and enjoy a longer run. This podcast is a perfect addition to my listening list. I am encouraged to make space in so many ways and learn from some amazing people. It feels like I am having a conversation with friends on my run.

It always feels like I’m at a coffee house with friends - engaged in meaningful conversations - when I listen to Hoda’s latest podcast. And as we’re just hangin’ - Mitch or Sheryl - to name an awesome few - walk in and take a seat next to us. While we’re fumbling for something enlightening to say - Hoda dives right in as if it’s just another pal who joined us for a latte. When listening to Hoda’s podcasts I find myself constantly wondering how it is that Hoda knew THAT was gonna be MY next question for Mitch. Somehow - she knows - and it’s always a treat as well as inspiring to listen to both Hoda and her guests.

On the plus side, this is not "Today with Hoda and Jenna" which means there's no constant shouting, interrupting, contradicting, belittling, etc.
On the minus side, Hoda and I share an annoying habit; we both unnecessarily put people on pedestals. I don't know why we do this, but 99% of the time, those people are not at all worthy of it. This is most pronounced when Hoda interviews people like Maria Shriver and Karen Swensen, but she does it to a degree with most (if not all) of her guests. I stopped doing this and I wish she would, too. I would also like her to stop interjecting "yeah" and "uh huh" throughout every interview.
With a few small changes, this podcast could earn far more than two stars in my book.
