Nurse John is an absolute DELIGHT! Such a genuine spirit, and I can’t sing his praises high enough. He has such a way about him that keeps it real, but is not pessimistic for the sake of being tragic. He makes me look at entering nursing school with a whole new perspective and a level of confidence that encourages me to learn from my mistakes and embrace my faith in a way that allows me to walk with Christ and serve any and ALL who need us in this industry! Thank you for your love and support from your favorite Orlando Bestie💖
As a nursing student , I am so happy to have stumbled across Nurse John. Although some will say this will scare me before even hitting the floor as a nurse , it doesn’t. Nurse John gives me hope that even though things will get messy or dramatic, I am not alone and I will get through it. Plus I love hearing about mistakes other people have done, or how to confront issues issues that may arise. #Document, Document, Document!!! Thanks Nurse John!!
Love his podcast because it’s like sitting next to a fun coworker talk. I work fr home now and it can be lonely at times. At least I now have this podcast to listen to fr time to time :)
I love this podcast and how Nurse Johnn advocates for self-care and mental health. I’m currently on LOA from my bedside nursing job and hearing the stories and tea helps me to feel that I’m not alone. I do love being a nurse and I feel blessed that I get to help others in their time of need. Nurse Johnn is so funny and it reminds me to laugh and never forget to be the silly girl I am, but to also be serious when it comes to taking care of me. We go through so many traumatic things as nurses, it’s easy to try and push our feelings aside and ignore it - but it’s better for us to actually deal with it and process it all. Or we will end up forgetting why we started this journey in the first place. Thanks Johnn!!
