We're obsessed with sourdough, and we want more people to talk to about it. Aside from baking it, there’s almost nothing we’d rather do than talk about it with other people who share this infatuation. We're deep into the sourdough community already. We watch the videos, read the posts, join the baking challenges, and share our own bakes. Now we want to go further. We want real conversations about the techniques, the experiments, the failures, the breakthroughs, and the details we can't stop thinking about. We want to do that with other bakers who are just as into this as we are. And we want to make room for voices that haven't gotten enough airtime. Mostly, though, we just want to talk about bread.
