Brant Hansen is from small-town Illinois, and is a self-professed nerd, diagnosed with Asperger's as an adult. He's a fan of C.S. Lewis and toast. "Producer Sherri", also a radio veteran, is from Pittsburgh, has one of the world's great laughs, and demonstrates incredible patience with Brant. Both are believers in Jesus, but have difficulty fitting in with modern American church culture. Together they have a daily radio show that is syndicated across the country, with segments ranging from the latest animal news, to interactions with listeners, to discussions about how messy life can be, and how good God is. I’m not a big podcast person, but I listen to Brant and Sherri on the radio, and when I heard about the odd cast I thought, “Huh. I love their radio show, so why not try it?” Turns out it’s basically Lucky charms just marshmallows. Everything I like about their radio show, all wrapped up in one. And although I’ll admit that I have a similar type of humor to them so I end up laughing a lot at things they say that admittedly would be confusing to someone who hasn’t listened to them before, so it’s kind of a sort of culture shock at first but it’s a great show, and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone. It’s also very genuine and you can tell they’re not faking anything which is nice in a very AI, commercial world. Honestly, it’s very refreshing and a great place to go to cheer up after a hard day. Oh, and for the record, I’m voting for Brant Hanson for senator in 2041. No doubt about it.

I’ve listened to Brant and Sherri since hearing them on Air1 years ago. Discovered them again on KSGN and then found this odd cast a couple years ago. Great content, a good time. Love listening when I’m on a walk around my neighborhood or driving.

I have been listening to and reading Brant’s stuff for a few weeks now, and have already noticed a marked, positive change in my heart/attitude, and in my relationship with God. Peace and Freedom! Recommending his and Sherri’s podcast/books has been a joy: unpretentious and pure-hearted, leading us to Jesus, Whom I almost foolishly gave up on . . . until He guided me here. Thank you both for being true disciples who bring comfort, laughter and the real Jesus to our hungry hearts❣️

Listening to Brant & Sherri is like getting together with friends and having honest conversations about following Jesus and what that looks like in our everyday lives. As when you get together with friends-there is also a bit of silliness and a lot of laughter. It lifts my spirits and helps to keep my mind focused on the heart of God.
