I listen to so many podcasts and What we Said is always the one I look forward to the most. Im currently trying to get through all the episodes from the beginning so I know the old stories and jokes and it was good at the beginning but its so SO good now! Seriously look forward to the episodes every week! also as a postpartum mom i'm going to make a parasocial comment but I love listening to all the updates because it feels like im hanging out with friends when thats not really my life right now with 2 under 2🤍 love you girls🤍

I made a review about a year ago talking about how the quality was going down and the girls seemed to have lost their spark with the podcast. However over the past year it feels like they have really gotten their spark back!! The episodes seem a lot more planned out with a lot more effort. I am loving the new content!

Ever since they shifted to two episodes a week, it's clear they have little to no content to talk about. The most recent love island recap which was poorly timed around the finale is a great example. The episodes are beyond boring and gave me as a listener nothing to take away from it - just how difficult it is to travel with kids (duh!) and how Jaci got chigger bites (groundbreaking!). I wish they would actually put effort into each episode because when they do, it's great.

I am currently listening to the 5 year anniversary podcast and I’m literally sobbing with you, I’m so happy for you guys. I know that exact feeling of having that realization of being exactly where you wished you would be in the future and knowing you achieved it. You both radiate such positive energy. I can tell how genuine you both are and I love your sense of humor and the way both of your minds work. I only listen to 3 podcasts a week and you are one of them. 💓 keep doing you! Your podcasts make my day Omg I was about to leave a review and this was in my drafts from 2023!! ^^^ It’s 2026 now, 8 year anniversary and I love you guys even more. You both are so like minded to me and help me not feel alone. I’m 25 and live in my dream city now but left my life long friends back in my home town. You guys give me hope that there are more girls like me to meet and be friends with. 💖

Used to love this podcast but now the girls talk about life updates and complain for 90% of each episode. Suggest having a bonus episode each month filled with your life updates and chitchat. Bring back the good story episodes, advice, and guests. Love listening to these girls but it feels like they have gotten lazy.

The girls seemed to have really adjusted their podcasting format. Lots of long winded discussions that are so boring they should just be private. The “story” episodes have 2-4 stories read and the rest personal stories and conversation, not interesting at all. I used to religiously listen every week and loved the topics but I now have not listened in several weeks or I listen for a few minutes before turning it off. They don’t appear to be reading the opinions of several long time listeners that I’ve seen in the reviews lately. I agree with the other listeners that it has become completely out of touch and pretty much just boring. It almost seems like they just want to hear themselves talk and beat the same topics to death for way too long They have lost several long term listeners. My friend group and I have listened since all the way back in 2018 and we have all noticed a difference in the quality of the more recent episodes. we used to talk about it all the time! I grieve the loss of this pod :(
