What listeners say

A curated, balanced selection of Apple Podcasts reviews.

Listening to Kate is a comfort no matter who the guest is. She is a gem and a balm for these difficult times.

camab25 · May 2025

Kate is wise beyond her years and draws more wisdom from her guests. Even if you think an episode isn’t for you, listen for 6 minutes before you decide.

MBAustin · Apr 2025

Whenever I find a podcast that makes me talk back to the host, like every time Kate introduces herself I find myself chiming back—hey, Kate, I know that podcast is a keeper. I feel like we are sitting across from each other in our PJs telling each other our stories because when someone tells their story, whether it is Kate or one of her amazing guests, I feel like my story is being heard and I feel seen and supported. I can feel the healing happening—for all of us. And that, my friends, is a good thing.

@connellbiggs · Apr 2025

Since I was introduced to Kate a couple of years ago, I’ve become a regular listener on my dog walks! I find these podcasts open a door in my psyche for a new topic, a new way of thinking about things, varied and non-political in today’s environment . From the LA Rabbi, to Coach K, to ideas for beneficial use of AI and Melinda Gates….. I always come away stimulated, thinking fresh and wanting more. Often her simple prayers at the end are just the comfort and inspiration I need THAT DAY. Keep it up! I am so grateful for you and your fabulous team.
