Hey, you can trust me - I’ve been listening to podcasts since before Filmspotting was named Filmspotting, since before the BBC’s flagship film podcast moved from Radio 4 to Radio 5. So it was a pleasant surprise to happen upon my all time favorite movie podcast in 2021. These guys know what they’re talking about - their analysis is always incisive and entertaining, their presentation brisk and bright. The one-two punch of their 2021 faves Philip Seymour Hoffman episodes knocked me out. Alex and Nick are not too pretentious, not too mainstream - just right. Join us, won’t you?

What a great find. These guys really care about movies and each other, and listening to them bond over what they love just puts a bow on my day.
