How To · Zak Rosen
by Zak Rosen
Weirdly Helpful (formerly The Best Advice Show) is a short, weekly infusion of delightful, unexpected and strange ways to make life slightly and sometimes profoundly better. In each episode a different contributor offers an odd experiment, a silly ritual, a curious practice that you’ll find weirdly helpful. Stuff like howling when you're despondent, eating oranges in the shower and metaphorically flushing your adversary down the toilet!

One of my favorite shows. Bite sized, full of great tips, fun and easy to listen to. Plus, Zach’s voice is so oddly calming.
This show offers very authentic reflections on life, relationships, and navigating the toughest issues. I love that Zak is willing to be vulnerable and explores topics from farting to death to whether to become a parent.
I always appreciate a podcast where you know the creators are intentional about your time. Incredibly edited and purposeful, I love how Zak creates softness and space for the listener to learn. I feel safe knowing that I don’t know everything and looking forward to continually learning weirdly helpful things!
Zak manages to go deep into very helpful every day issues in very practical ways. Which is hard and rare. Thanks for making me feel inspired while giving me concrete steps to evolve.
