I’m a baby boomer and a fan, but please don’t hold that against these 2! I’m also a red-pilled grandma and a musician. Anyway, this is a fantastic podcast— Intelligent and witty, well-researched, and in some cases mind-blowing! It’s also the only podcast that I’ve kept some downloads of, because I don’t see the security state continuing to allow these kids to keep sticking their adorable and dedicated noses into the kind of important fact-finding and truth-telling that they do! I just wish they’d do somethin about that theme “music.”
If you’re new to this podcast, I suggest going back to the beginning and listening to the episodes in order. The episodes are well researched and there’s a lot of good information and discussion in all. I actually like both their voices and their back and forth, which can be very funny. But make no mistake that these hosts are very serious about both the subjects of the podcasts and the people and controversies around them. 5 stars, baby!
Probably one of the most entertainingly hilarious podcasts to ever exist. Braces sick sense of “dude you took it too far” humor and Liz’s exasperation dealing with it is the best part. The research and reporting they do is very deep and accurate. Very unique podcast and best part of my listening day at work.
TrueAnon is an extended concept album by producer Yung Chomsky, released in parts over multiple years, breaking up the his hazy warm synth jams with long spoken word segments about various mysteries and conspiracy theories. A tour-de-force of avant-garde electronic music. 10/10
This was a fantastic podcast about conspiracies once, but I checked out when they started doing documentary episodes on punk bands. Brace and Liz are smart and have extremely interesting things to say, but not enough to justify listening to all the filler in between, and the filler has come to predominate. Sad!
I listened to a handful of episodes that seemed to have interesting topics. In their early episodes, they make frequent jokes about not being pedophiles and seem as though they are protesting too much. As many reviews mention, the guy is a generally arrogant misogynist and the woman is not very likable either. I could see the appeal for some, but not anything I plan to follow in the future.
