Megyn is a sharp, intelligent and entertaining woman! The content she chooses is engaging and a good catch-all of the relevant news from the week. I’m a busy stay at home mom of three little kids and her podcast is the only way I can keep up on the news. I appreciate her honest journalism and that she treats all her guests with fairness regardless of political partisanship - so refreshing! Outside of the news portions the show is just downright entertaining and interesting. “Kelly’s Court” is one of my favorite show segments as well as the segment when she reads and answers questions from the audience on random topics. She is truly an intriguing person and it is SO fun to listen to her talk about literally anything! Love love love!

Megyn Kelly’s podcast interview with Robert F. Kennedy Jr. was nothing short of riveting. This intellectually charged conversation combined Kelly’s incisive journalistic style with Kennedy’s deep reservoir of historical knowledge, resulting in a podcast that is both enlightening and thought-provoking. Kennedy’s revelations regarding his uncle, President John F. Kennedy, and his father, Robert F. Kennedy, offered listeners a rare glimpse into the shadowy intersections of politics, intelligence, and power during one of America’s most tumultuous eras.

One of the most compelling aspects of the interview was Kennedy’s discussion of the CIA’s potential involvement in the events surrounding the deaths of his uncle and father. His arguments were meticulously fact-based, drawing from declassified documents, investigative reports, and personal accounts. Rather than veering into conspiracy, Kennedy grounded his claims in a sober analysis, which lent credibility to his assertions. His call for further official review of these matters was both urgent and justified, underscoring the need for transparency in government institutions.

Kelly expertly guided the conversation, balancing pointed questions with space for Kennedy to delve into the complexities of his claims. The result was a dialogue that encouraged critical thinking rather than blind acceptance. The emotional weight of Kennedy’s personal connection to these historical tragedies added a poignant layer to the discussion, reminding listeners that these are not mere historical events but deeply personal losses with far-reaching implications.

This podcast episode is a testament to the power of open dialogue in exploring contentious issues. It challenges the audience to confront uncomfortable truths and consider the broader implications of government accountability. Both informative and gripping, this interview sets a high standard for political discourse in the podcasting world, leaving listeners with much to ponder.

I absolutely love the shows where you discuss court cases from different perspectives and when you have guests with opposing view points! I’m truly interested in getting the full picture on issues. It can’t possibly be that half the country are a bunch of idiots and the other half are not. It’s that we never get the full story; so many moments are taken out of context and blown into full news alerts before they are examined. I like a lot of commentators, but I am truly sick of “they lie they lie they lie” as the reason someone on one side or the other believes what they do. I want to know WHY people have a view. I’m an independent fully capable of appreciating many perspectives.

Listening to “Ruben and Kelly” …”Kelly and Ruben” (you guys decide)… is refreshingly entertaining. It’s like great conversation at your favorite dinner party ever. Interesting…yes, topical…yes, informative…yes. What I realize is fun is that your both funny, intelligent, interesting people who enjoy conversation and each other. You don’t take yourselves too seriously in a moment of light heartedness. I almost felt normal for a second. Thanks we all needed that.

I had hoped Megyn would offer a more moderate view of the world - especially after everything she went through at Fox News. Even if I agree with several of her opinions - I find the titles of the episodes to be inflammatory and the communication style to be a series of rants. I’ve also noticed a lot sound bite grabs and “mean girl” mentality when speaking about other famous women. There is a recent episode that involved Oprah’s GLP-1 use that felt like middle school all over gain. You don’t have to like what other people stand for, but when you use cheap shots you sound cheap. It’s too bad the topics are so often derailed into oblivion by mocking others. I’m saddened this isn’t an intelligent offering of discourse but rather click bait in the TMZ style. I suppose that is what sells, so I was naive to hope for something different. Skip this one and head over to “Honestly” with Bari Weiss if you crave thought and respect from across the table.

But “no agenda” as a tagline is laughable. In the same episode where a man is promoting loving your neighbors, living with joy and kindness through godliness, Megyn rips a CNN anchor woman apart, reading her tweets in a mocking voice, calling her an embarrassment/weak and launching into a salt smelling/fainting couch bit… It felt like Megyn had her own “hissy fit” (her words, not mine!) Just disappointed after seeing her as a more critical/serious interviewer. I could care less about an exchange between a CNN anchor and a Trump spokesperson. Talk about something more meaningful! I would have liked to hear more about the guests idea of limiting power on both sides.
