The Just Security Podcast - Podcast Rankings and reviews

I listen to at least 3 hours of political podcasts every single day. I recently came across Just Security and it has the absolute best, most serious and useful information of any of them. I appreciate the tone, as well as the balance between legal insider language and common parlance. I appreciate the lack of nerd humor and self aggrandizement that many other hosts and guests on other podcasts engage in.

I am not a lawyer but a concerned citizen who wants to understand current, major legal issues in order to participate in our democracy as an informed voter. The hosts are experts who explain the issues clearly and in depth, through calm, civil discussion. Thank you for such an interesting, informative, and important podcast.

I can’t remember how I found the Just Security podcast, but I’m really glad I did. Each episode I’ve listened to has been calm and rational, with an excellent selection of writers and articulate researchers. I especially recommend Episode 79 about how to end political violence, and how to get back joy around elections.

This would be a 5 ⭐️review, and I hope Kate Shaw doesn’t take offense, but she talks SO fast, I missed important information. Het contribution was very important, but the speed of her delivery made it hard to absorb. Otherwise a stellar episode. Thank you!
