I’ve really enjoyed this podcast. There is so much to gain; i’ve since read or listened to several books, started hobbies, and new habits based on advice from episodes. Each guest is so inspiring in their own way. Truly, great podcast.

Whether you’re an experienced or novice investor, we all have some value to gain from listening to this podcast (hence, the Intrinsic Value Podcast lol! 🤣). Every week I enjoy tuning into this podcast to listen to both Shawn O’Malley and Daniel Mahncke dive into another company to study the intrinsic value of. I always learn something new on investing by listening to this podcast and sometimes come up with new companies to place on my watchlist. Regardless of what type of investor you are (value, growth, or GARP), I would highly recommend tuning into this podcast and see what you gain from it yourself.

This podcast has a lot of really informative guests and I have learned a great deal. However, I wish the host didn’t sound so robotic. There’s no personality or energy when discussing these topics and interacting with the guests. It’s like listening to a robot moderate a fireside chat which makes it hard for me to stay interested. This is just my personal opinion.

Take the time to hear some great ideas on growing wealth and understanding modern markets. Very thankful for engaging resources such as this podcast. Rebecca Hotsko has picked up right where Clay left off.

“Sacred” account?? C’mon, you fell for that? Generally good guests on this show and good investment principles. However, I stopped following when they had a guest on who stated 99% of whole life insurance policies are designed incorrectly. “BUT! Come buy a policy from me and I’ll hook you up with a good one.” The claim that the top 1% buy whole life insurance may be partially true. But that’s mostly because the top 1% are unsuspecting whales harpooned by greedy life insurance agents. Not because a cash value life insurance product helped them build any of that wealth. The “bank on yourself” strategy is a very clever marketing strategy that apparently still works. Buyer beware. Anyway, I’m moving on from this show.
