The Dershow

I just recently started to listen to Dershow. What a wealth of information for one who wants to listen, learn and judge situations on his own, based on facts.

I started listening to Mr Dershowitz with a set mind of how wrong he is. As you listen to him he explains everything from both sides. I still do not agree with some of what he says, but there is no doubt in my mind that he is fair, intelligent, and humble. If anyone has a question about what is going on in the world concerning politics/law, this is the man to listen to. Realize, if you want someone to agree with you, you should go somewhere else. He talks facts, logic, so listen with an open mind & be prepared to learn.

I don’t agree with everything Dershowitz says, but he makes logical cases rooted in law, then often brings up the opposite positions and dissects them. If nothing else, it’s educational and entertaining. 20 more years!!!!!!!

Mr Dershowitz, I am so grateful to be able to listen to you share your 60 plus years of expertise. You set the record straight with facts! You educate those of us who are clueless, on process, law and options. You dissect the facts. You disclose critical details that most are oblivious to. Most do not know law, nor their own state law. Thank you for breaking down the Trump case pre-trial, in the interim and post trial. Your podcast, and youtube channel are my #1 go to, to get your latest post. Thank you!

Alan Dershowitz is the only legal analyst excellent for both Republicans and Democrats. He studies the evidence and the arguments of both lawyers. He knows and understands all of the US Constitutions and Amendments. Can recall all relevant legal precedents but is open to new arguments when they have merit. But his presentation is understandable to non-lawyers. This made him formidable from local jury trials to the Supreme Court. His podcasts and videocasts are also great for analysis of national and international news.
