I’m a podcast girl, through and through. Listen to them all. This one has by far the most excessive ads of any show. I love the topics and the hosts but it’s actually insane. It’s like 25 mins + at least per episode. I can’t even bike to work for five minutes without an ad coming on. It’s a shame.
If god forbid, me or anyone I know is ever in need of an atty, I could only dream of having such brilliant attorneys like C & A. Not only are they so intelligent and by the book, they really CARE. They are so impressive. A lot of it, I’ll never understand but following along in the transcript is so helpful.
They have conspired to be awesome! Angela’s genuine disgust of Jen Shaw is… same. I really, really intensely dislike Jen Shaw. I learned about The Bravo Docket from Watch What Crappens. Being fascinated by the law, I decided to give The Bravo Docket a listen. I’m hooked. Compelling content delivered by two intelligent women, sprinkled with ironic humor, well seasoned with experience and knowledge. I have learned so much. If ever were I to attend law school, I would want these ladies as professors. They explain everything throughly and in a way that is easy to understand. I just really love this podcast.
These two lawyers are great. I’m a fellow lawyer but no longer practicing and love their takes on pop culture. It’s helpful that they’re still working full time as lawyers and aren’t content creators. It’s very professional but they’re clearly great pals and passionate about Bravo and celebrity cases. I’m happy whenever I see a pod come up and rush to listen. Updated: I find many of the other reviews very misogynistic regarding someone’s voice or another’s personality. This is an amazing podcast.
This podcast has been on my weekly listening-roster for over a year now. However, the number of advertisements has become overwhelming and apparent. I’m growing to a point where my once favorite podcast is nothing more than a ‘Sponsored Post’ wrapped into a storyline.
I’ve had some issues with the hosts handling of serious topics for a while but the way they handled a SA claim in the latest episode was so flippant and so completely devoid of empathy that I was finally compelled to unsubscribe and rate. We all understand that it is extremely difficult to prove SA in a court but the way they joked about it and poked holes in the claim only serves to perpetuate women not coming forward. Sometimes the bravery of coming forward and shining a light on abusers is worth a lot even if the courts don’t provide justice. They laughed it off and moved on. So disappointing.
