What listeners say

A curated, balanced selection of Apple Podcasts reviews.

This is my all time favorite podcast and I am so ready for season 3. I love the philosophy and the authenticity that the host provides compared to other “self help” podcasts. Each episode gives me something to think about and I want to learn more and question everything. I recently turned 30, finished grad school, went through a break up, and moved out of our apartment we had together to live in a new city across the country where I know no one. All very exciting yet intimidating things that I am trying to navigate. The most recent episode about the crisis that happens in your late 20s was very much relatable and one I will be listening to on repeat. Can’t wait for more episodes!

She doesn’t know but she’s basically one of my best friends! Victoria is so raw, original, intelligent and has the conversations I wanna have with people, but just dont have them in my life right now. This show is useful and timely and rooted in compassion. I always feel uplifted after a walk with headphones playing this show. Xoxo
