Philosophy · Jack Rhysider
by Jack Rhysider
From the creators of the podcast Darknet Diaries comes LOW. This five-part series follows a boy forced too early into the jaws of the world, and the man he becomes while trying to survive it. From the shattered innocence of childhood to the false freedom of drugs, violence, exile, reinvention, and purpose, his life unfolds as a brutal argument with fate. Again and again, he is broken, remade, and thrown into another version of himself. Each time closer to clarity, each time farther from peace. What begins as survival becomes transformation, and what becomes transformation hardens into a mission he cannot ignore. Wide awake at last, he steps toward the thing he believes he was born to do, even as it burns through him and pulls him nearer to the edge.

Jack, you set out to help people feel the need to make a change in their life, and i am honestly feeling it in mine. Feeling like i have just been drifting life & listening to this podcast has helped me realize that I’ve been trying to find my purpose, i cried a few times during this pod cast & i can hear in your voice that you fought back some tears and shed some yourself. Thank you for pulling back the curtain and showing a more human side to it all with LOW , I love Dark net diaries but this has my full attention now, i cant wait for the next episodes. Thank you Jack .
I do not care if people in the comments say this story was made up. Yesterday I could not fall asleep until I had finished every episode. The music and the narrative kept me hooked the whole time. Thank you so much for keeping us entertained, and please keep the stories coming, even if people think they are not real
This is a cool story. One thing I found distracting was that the cadence of Zachariah’s speaking sounds so much like Jack’s that it was super distracting. Couldn’t stop fixating on it. I understand that Jack had to read this himself, but maybe more effort could have made to sound like a different person, or maybe just have someone else read it.
I suppose it doesn’t matter whether it’s true crime. A stunning story nonetheless. There are unbelievable parts; parts that you wish could be fact checked. There are also parts that lend credence. In the end, I think we have to give Jack the benefit of the doubt. He’s earned it. The philosophy 101 bits are a plus, too. If you like Jack, well, this is definitely Jack. Listen.
