I’ve followed Spencer and Ryan forever on Twitter and they’ve always been my favorite college football follows. I didn’t even know this podcast existed until my brother recommended it earlier this season. I hate myself for having not listened earlier. It’s perfect. It’s clever and hilarious and helped me to realize that maybe, just maybe, the South has more to offer than slack-jawed yokels, wild feral hogs, and high infant mortality rates. Fight on.

What a fun listen! The mooncrew doesn't take their subject, college football, too seriously, which is great, because it's a hilariously nonsensical sport to consume. It's a must listen, because they are the only podcast to tackle this topic!

The Fullcast isn’t for everyone. Like a house salad at a sports bar, Faygo Red Pop, or Iowa football, it’s an acquired taste, and one that you don’t talk openly about enjoying in front of your friends or family. Despite being a visual medium, the team is still falling down on video quality. That said, over the five years I’ve listened to the Fullcast, it has went from sounding like it was being recorded on my T-Mobile Sidekick’s voice notes app, to being recorded on my Zoom app. So, it’s got that going for it, which is nice.

Do you like College Football? Great! Do you not like College Football? Also great! You literally have no idea what you’re going to get when you start an episode of the Shutdown Fullcast; college football, Warhammer, the Bible, impersonations & accents that are equally hilarious and horrifying, phrases the normal human mind could barely conceive. You will absolutely laugh (it is a known danger to listen to the pod while exercising or driving) and you will definitely learn. But after so many years, no group has the mind-melding ability to bounce off one another like Spencer, Holly, Ryan, and Jason. Listen today!

As a diehard(and very serious) Penn State fan, for the longest time I have been craving a podcast that seriously discusses the X’s & O’s of CFB. I love all of the team’s in depth analysis and constant professionalism.. Since the Shutdown Fullcast is the only college football podcast it fills all of my voids, and then some!
