Raven 23: Presumption of Guilt

by Think Again

How did four highly decorated American soldiers become prisoners of war in their own country? This series re-examines the US Department of Justice’s controversial prosecution following a gun battle in Baghdad between Iraqi insurgents and military contractors. Why did the DOJ hold multiple trials for over a decade? Was the DOJ seeking justice? Or playing politics?

What listeners say

A curated, balanced selection of Apple Podcasts reviews.

Very interesting topic that the journalist clearly put a lot of time and effort into, which the podcast does a disservice to by having glitchy audio and phone calls, and choppy transitions. The research and reporting deserve a better production. It’s a 5 star story with 3 star production. I would still recommend listening to it.
