At times I found myself crying because it was so heart-wrenchingly tragic and painfully sad, but equal tears were shed because of so, so many beautiful, human moments. This is a masterpiece, thank you so much for taking us along on this journey!

I don’t have the right words to express how amazing this podcast is! The story telling and the way David brings his late family members to life makes me feel like I know them. I’ve smiled, I’ve cried and even though this podcast is done, I want more! Such an amazing story and I’m so thankful David chose to share it!

An incredible story that brings to life what it’s like to live through the devolution of normal life by a fascist autocracy takeover to a nightmare that would be unbelievable to those who lived normal lives before. A wake up call to all of us in similar circumstances. It is a cautionary tale for anyone living today!
