Lurie Daniel Favors is my favorite radio show on Sirius/XM UrbanView and her podcast is now my favorite podcast. She is smart, highly educated, witty, humorous, and well-read. She restates history, gives historical references, cites sources, highlights great guests, and recommends many books. I learn so much from listening to Lurie. She delivers the information in an interesting and captivating manner. Lurie, thank you so much for this much needed podcast. I highly, highly recommend the Lurie Breaks It Down Podcast as required listening for everyone, regardless of age, or ethnicity.

LBID, and The LDF Show on Sirius XM, has been a safe space and an important bank of knowledge in these dark times. I have learned SO much and feel SO grateful for her (as well as the entire Urban View family) doing very important work in these social justice streets. Additionally, this sister infuses her teachings with moments of gratitude and lessons on self-care. It has been my honor to share what I learn on the show and channel with others, and to direct people here to further inform themselves and pass the word.
