I get something out of every episode— whether it’s mindset and motivation or tangible “how to” knowledge. I love Rod’s energy and his willingness to always be “real”. I started listening to Rod years ago, and I’m embarrassed to say it took me until last year to sign up for his mentorship group. What was I waiting for?!?! Beware of predatory practices! My parents followed and trusted Rod and his team. Found him from this podcast. He convinced them to invest with his company with huge promises. My parents are both highly educated people and now retired. They invested a huge amount trusting what Rod and his team trained on. Years later they haven’t seen a dime of profit and hundreds of thousands tied up in bad investments. Rod hasn’t offered any sort of help. They may never get it back. I’m hoping this helps someone before they make the same mistake.

Inspiring story, and I actually enjoy his passion and excitement. But his predictions are far too often wrong (has been predicting stock market crash for years) and he gets too political the latest about THIS administration and then nfl still - I am Republican but let’s be honest - the money printing started under President Trump and inflation was happening no matter who was in office). If I wanted to hear political news, I’d tune into Fox News or CNN. If he wanted to talk about inflation, fine. But to hear about this administration or that, is not why I listen to a real estate podcast. Unsubscribe - disappointing, because I otherwise enjoy him and have learned a lot.
