What listeners say

A curated, balanced selection of Apple Podcasts reviews.

This podcast delivers some of the best insights and little known tid bits into all types of history. Keep the WW2 episodes coming since you guys have such a great delivery on those subjects!

Wazzu Die Hard · Nov 2025

Like many, I took a few college history classes. Also like many, I forgot 97% of what I learned almost immediately. As I’ve become more mature (read: post-menopausal), I’ve developed a desire to learn about history. This podcast is FANTASTIC!! So informative, offers little—known tidbits of knowledge, and delivered in a fun, easy-to-listen-to manner. I am thoroughly enjoying. Listen to it. Now. All of it. Seriously.

Attyheather · Oct 2025

On a 13-hour road trip, driving through navajo nation, my fiancé and I wanted to learn more about the “Code Talkers.” We found an episode from Historically High, which lead to listening to 4 more episodes! Professor Chris and Adam are such great podcast hosts. From their dynamic, intelligence, and humor, there truly isn’t another podcast out there like this one. We now listen to this podcast any time we get in the car - even if it’s just driving to dinner! Please consider filming your episodes - I promise it would be a huge success.

Allizzle · Jul 2025

Adam and Chris have great chemistry, hilarious insight and a healthy dose of well researched informative conversation. If Carlin were a latchkey kid growing up in the 90s this would be the product. Keep going boys! The LOTR and Star Wars episodes are top tier entertainment.
