As an archaeologist, I was really enjoying the discussion of the bioanthropology. I’m also from NH and find this story fascinating because it’s so local to me. I am very confused at this point however about why there is such an extensive focus on the laws, practices, etc around human remains in the UK rather than in the US. I keep thinking I’ve missed something. I’m hoping that at some point it will become clear to me why such a substantial portion of this podcast about a crime committed in the US spent almost an entire episode featuring a British oddities seller. Maybe this is a UK-based podcasting outfit trying to add filler content they couldn’t get otherwise? Hoping content becomes a bit more focused on material/people that are more locally relevant to the story going forward.
