So grateful for pastor Chang and the grounding of his response to the election from a perspective of faith. This podcast brought me to tears in feeling connected to believers who love the Lord and who are concerned about another Trump term. I resonate with the feelings of discouragement and isolation, especially being an immigrant to the USA. I don’t have a community of Christians who share my concerns. But in this podcast I feel I have a home in Christ and with Christians who share my view of the world and faith.

I am a follower of Jesus and a registered Democrat. Probably would be labeled a centrist Democrat with some left-leaning issue priorities. I am grateful every week to hear fellow Christian Curtis Chang and his guests demonstrate solid Christ-centered theology as well as thoughtful and intelligent engagement with our current political and cultural complexity (and poisonous mess in many ways). Highly recommend to anyone feeling isolated and curious whether there is a better way to do politics.

As a long time called church worker, I found my faith being challenged greatly during this divisive political climate. This podcast has brought my soul peace, it has challenged my thoughts, and most importantly given me hope in my faith walk. I can’t thank you enough. I had to go back and start at the beginning, I have not gotten through all of them, but everyone so far has spoken to me in one way or another.

In Matthew 5, it reads 14 “You are the light of the world. A town built on a hill cannot be hidden. 15 Neither do people light a lamp and put it under a bowl. Instead they put it on its stand, and it gives light to everyone in the house. 16 In the same way, let your light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in heaven.”
This podcast is giving light to the world in the midst of some dark times. It is honoring to the King, faithful to his word, and encouraging to the saints.
Compelling interviews, new information, and often a challenge to love more and cling more tightly to Jesus. Worth every second.
