What listeners say

A curated, balanced selection of Apple Podcasts reviews.

I am so thankful for advice that encourages me to be the mom I’ve always wanted to be, but constantly question if I’m doing the right things after growing up in a home that went to the doctor for everything instead of relying on my “mom gut.” I also enjoy the parenting tips and hormone health advice and I struggled postpartum too.

Paisgirl · Feb 2026

I came across Elena and Steph’s podcast and IG account back in 2017 when I was pregnant with my first and searching for a more holistic mindset around all things pregnancy and parenting. What a gem I discovered with these women, and all the people, information and products I’ve come to learn about since then! The greatest gift of all was helping me to learn and hear about things in pregnancy and motherhood through their experiences that I wasn’t hearing being talked about else where but knew in my gut was the right choices for me—baby led weaning for example. Despite never meeting them (yet!), I’ve come to trust their guidance and advice along the way. Most recently, I have LOVED the Needed supplements line they are involved in. As a dietitian and health coach, I had high standards and these check all the boxes. These women, this podcast, and all the programs and affiliations they share are of the highest. They speak from experience and integrity. They are a wealth of knowledge. Thank you for normalizing information that isn’t always talked about in the conventional realm. Danielle Naples @dtnaples
