Interesting stories and fairly well researched, but the re-enactments are fan fiction at best. They make everyone seem like petulant children that speak in exposition that is not normal in everyday conversation. These re-enactments make the podcast very bizarre and at times uncomfortable to listen to.

I love this show but this series has several small mistakes that make me start to question the fact checking behind it. The Quiznos franchisees from Pennsylvania were from Coopersburg, not Cooperstown. And it references a loan from the ‘Small Business Association’ when it’s actually pretty well known that SBA stands for Small Business Administration.

Really well researched well told stories that pull you in. The only thing I find a distraction from the story telling is those weird sound effects and voices you add in. They don’t contribute to the story or its comprehension or create any kind of atmosphere, but instead make the wonderful storytelling sound cliched and cheesy.

I love this podcast, David brown is a amazing host, less ads than other wondery podcasts I listen to, so that’s a plus, I would like to echo the request for a Trek Vs. Specialized series, as a cyclist, I would absolutely love that.
