What listeners say

A curated, balanced selection of Apple Podcasts reviews.

I found episode 696 with Marshall Goldsmith to be an amazing source of leadership wisdom. Discussing his earlier book in detail brought several nuggets for leaders, especially the discussion on goal obsession as a habit that holds leaders back. His new language is “addiction to achievement.” If you are wondering if Dave is worth your time, wonder no more!! Stan in Towanda

I’ve been listening to this podcast for many years and have benefited greatly from the wisdom of these insightful conversations. The podcast’s wisdom and insight help me get unstuck, move forward, and try new things on a consistent basis. Dave is a kind and respectful host who listens deeply and asks powerful questions that open up the conversation. I love how it challenges my unquestioned assumptions and levels up my self-leadership. Thank you Dave!

I’m a recent subscriber to the pod and I just finished the 2015 episode with Simon Sinek. It really was such a fantastic episode, just as relevant today given this episode is almost 10 years old! The host David guided the episode with thoughtful questions and responds to Simon’s answers with the same level enthusiasm and validation that I was expressing whilst listening to this episode. I’ve recently completed a course in executive leadership at UCLA Anderson and have just shared this episode with my fellow cohorts. I’m excited to continue to listen to vast catalogue of episodes covering so many important leadership discussions.

My 40 minute commute to work is sacred time spent listening to Coaching For Leaders. Each episode is packed with practical , relatable and peaks of wisdom so much so that I am loving this long commute to work. I know I am not alone on my leadership journey when Dave introduces his listeners to some great minds and inspiring leaders. Dave’s warm welcome and tone of voice offers a genuine invitation to learn, do better and be better. I begin my day with a sense of calm and equanimity all thanks to this podcast. I stand deeply grateful.
