What listeners say

A curated, balanced selection of Apple Podcasts reviews.

Creepy tales, some quite disturbing, whether true or not, and read in a voice so relaxed that I sometimes fall asleep while listening. At the same time the narrator’s tone keeps your attention. I AM curious if Busta is a real human or a computer generated voice but decided it doesn’t matter. Recommended!

About to give up on this one. I love the narrator’s voice, and the stories are good. But the ads are super loud and jarring, and in strange places. Find myself bracing for the constant jump scares from the loud ads. Too many other good podcasts out there to listen to.

JulieD3 · Mar 2024

The podcast it’s self is great but there’s is a production problem. The podcast is extremely low in volume and then the advertisements BLAST in your ear. Difficult to listen when you’re trying to relax. Would be nice if the volume was consistent.

Honestly I have loved a lot of these podcasters since their start on YouTube. I will forever listen but it is so disappointing having the commercial soo much louder than his calming. The transition from narration to commercial wakes me up every time.

JJ12324 · Jun 2024

This podcast used to be one of my favorites. I would binge it for hours. But now, the amount of ads, usually just a few repeated throughout, is really putting me off. There are so many quality horror podcasts… I’m truly starting to rethink if this one is worth it anymore.

amand0r · Jun 2024

Update- I stopped listening because of the loud ads and I came back a year later and I can’t believe they still aren’t fixed! And now there’s sooo many more ads. This podcast has the potential to be great. What a shame. Update- I can’t do it anymore. Unfortunately I’m going to have to unsubscribe until the blaring commercials are fixed. Months of complaints from tons of people about the volume of the ads and they still aren’t fixed. You’ve lost a lot of listeners due to this. Update- There are so many people complaining about the volume of the ads and nothing has been done to fix it. You are going to lose your listeners if you don’t fix it. PLEASE FIX THE VOLUME OF THE ADS! Original review- I love listening to this creepy podcast and the narrators voice is soothing, but the ads are so loud!!!
