ArtMuse is such a beautifully done podcast. Gracie takes women whose faces we recognize from some of the world’s most famous works of art and gives us the opportunity to finally learn their stories. It’s thoughtful, engaging, and genuinely fascinating, with the perfect mix of art, history, and human storytelling. I especially love how each episode makes you reconsider a piece of art you may have seen countless times before. Gracie’s passion for these women and their stories is infectious, and you can tell how much care goes into every episode. A really special podcast that deserves a listen!
ArtMuse is one of those podcasts that makes you look at something familiar completely differently. Gracie has such a thoughtful, engaging way of bringing the women behind famous works of art out of the background and giving them the stories, complexity, and recognition they deserve. What I love most is how beautifully researched and intimate each episode feels. You come away not only knowing more about the artwork, but genuinely feeling like you’ve met the woman at the center of it. Gracie is a fantastic storyteller, and her passion for these overlooked stories comes through in every episode. Smart, fascinating, beautifully produced, and completely worth a listen. ArtMuse makes art history feel personal, relevant, and addictive. ❤️
I’m not an art history person, really, but the stories on this podcast are so interesting! It’s clear how much time and care the team puts into the research and development of this podcast, and I highly recommend it!!
Artmuse brings a unique and refreshing perspective to the women behind some truly remarkable works of art. Each episode is thoughtful, insightful, and engaging, revealing the stories, experiences, and journeys of often forgotten women behind the work! 10/10 recommend!
I like the topic and information but the voice is so robotic I had to stop listening. I was also turned off by the introduction suggesting that the muse was “possibly” more important than the artist. That’s just an unnecessary comparison and overstatement.
