9/11 Stories: Remembering September 11th, 2001

Just finished listening to every podcast. I appreciate every one of them, and kudos to Shelly for doing this and also LETTING the SUBJECTS TALk without interrupting them. Thanks to all for sharing, especially Will Jimena, Scott Strauss, Debby Borza and Arlene Bradley Lester Your heartfelt experiences shared and bravery are amazing.

I do remember 9-11 and I never forget. But the pain and narrative of Debbie Borza’s interview just cut right through me. I heard all the interviews thinking I can listen to them to get insights. But her interview made me feel what being touched by 9-11 felt like. Made me think of my granddaughter and how I feel about her let me know that Debbie’s pain is so so present still today. And the pain of all the families and friends that remained. I want to send Debbie and all that lost someone to 9-11 my thoughts and embrace. Promise to never forget. Thank you for sharing.

It is so important that we hear the stories of those who were there, who lost loved ones, and who survived. I applaud your efforts to educate everyone about the 9/11 I’ll eases that have stolen so many lives. As you say, 9/11 did not end on 9/11.

I get that podcasts need to have ads every x amount of minutes in an episode, but PLEASE edit in some kind of audio transition instead of cutting off the speaker mid sentence to abruptly start an ad. Amazing stories and history, appreciate the efforts to document these otherwise.

Great stories obliterated by long wi-fi dropouts, non-stop notification alerts and deafening ads interrupting storytellers mid-sentence. This is a disgraceful treatment of the people who volunteered to share their experiences.
