As a relatively new angler, Dave’s podcast has been a priceless resource to my fly fishing journey. He hosts the biggest names in the community and asks all the right questions while keeping it fun and lighthearted with his guests. This podcast touches on countless fishing tactics, species, regions, rivers, gear,fly patterns, history and really anything fly fishing related! I also really appreciate his discussions around conservation. When planning my next fishing trip I always make sure to have a few episodes downloaded for the road. Heck I even listen to it while I’m at work! 10/10 would recommend.

From someone who's been been listening to fly fishing podcasts for 20 years, this is the best fly fishing podcast on the planet, period. Dave has built this from the ground up and his deep dives with guests from all styles of fly fishing are enlightening, informative, and entertaining. I like that his show is more steak than sizzle; no gimmicks, no clowning around, just sit-down, in-depth conversations with guides, outfitters, authors or conservation leaders in their areas of expertise. I've learned a ton from his podcasts and will continue to tune in enthusiastically!
