This podcast is a highlight of the week. I so look forward to each episode dropping and seeing who they’ll have on next. I love the mix of guests they’ve had so far, but am looking forward to more of the swimming stars of the past. Thanks for all you do to elevate swimming a little higher.
I swam competitively for 15 years, I absolutely love this podcast. It allows me to keep in touch with the sport that I love. I also really appreciate the special focus on wellness and mental health. Katie and Missy are absolutely incredible in the way they navigate the interviews and it helps the listener really get to know the athletes. Highly recommend!!!
As a swimmer from somewhere where swimming isn’t very popular, I found this podcast as a way to connect to the vast swimming world. I get to hear about news from the swimming community and meets happening all around. Great podcast to listen to on long drives, or on the way to swim meets.
Love the unique perspective that Missy and Katie bring to their guest interviews. This has quickly become one of my favorite podcasts! It’s so interesting to learn more about each of the athletes.
I wanted to like this podcast, however, I was disappointed with each episode because of poor interviewing skills—lack of depth in the questions, no lead-in for the listeners. I ended up being confused hearing some of the stories they were telling because I wasn’t sure what they were referencing. Being a former swimmer, I would’ve loved this podcast years ago, but now I feel like I’m too old and I have no idea what they’re talking about. They need to include more background and explanations simply for people who are not elite or D1 swimmers, which sadly I was neither, but still love the sport. The hosts cannot relate to an average, underrated swimmer.
