This is an amazingly detailed analysis of the Epstein files. It is shocking the level of corruption at the state and federal level that allowed Epstein to keep going. And why, was it blackmail or large payoffs? Also shocking is the number of people involved in Epstein’s world and the amount of money exchanged and activity. Unfortunately, far too many young girls have been hurt and far too many high-powered men have gotten a free ride and still are. No doubt there are many incriminating documents that are not included in this Podcast because they have not been produced. Hopefully, all of the truth comes out at some point and all of those who should be held accountable are held accountable!

Yes this is an AI podcast but that doesn’t mean it’s poorly put together. Quite the contrary. This podcast is hands down one of the best on this topic and is doing an amazing job of covering this situation from so many perspectives - legal, financial, etc. I also really like that for every episode, you can go to the podcast’s website and view all of the sources used to put that episode together. I know that the hosts are AI but they still do an excellent job of explaining things clearly and without editorializing.

I typically love your podcast; however, you incorrectly applied the law and cast blame in this episode. Adolescents can consent to specific medical services that provide an important public health benefit without parental permission or notification. Some of these services are federally funded and consistently available in most states, including the preventative, contraception, and reproductive health services provided by the Title X Family Planning Program of the Public Health Service Act. The US Supreme Court has upheld the constitutional right of minors to choose abortion but has also upheld the state’s right to impose requirements for parental involvement as long as “adequate provision for judicial bypass” is available for minors where parental involvement is not in their best interest. The following is a brief list of medical services that minors may consent to in many states without parental permission and in some cases without parental notification: * Rape or sexual assault services * Contraception services * Sexually transmitted infections * Prenatal care * Abortion * Pediatric care for children of minors * Substance use disorder treatment * Mental health treatment * Immunizations

Quick review, sorry for the spelling areas. This podcast has a potential to be fantastic with some editors. LLM’s without oversight and crucial copy editor skills is a failure. The repetition of facts and stories is maddening. There is still a ton of great information that is tied together well but in many instances, it repeats sometimes back to back three or four episodes or after a gap of several episodes. Hence the very poor rating. But I do want to emphasize. I am still listening, but wish whoever is making money off of this to use a little bit of that money to hire some good editors.. The potential is fantastic. This could have been a blockbuster podcast if done correctly.
