I absolutely love the new vibe of The Cabin! I think they are targeting a younger audience, and it seems to be working. Andrea and Megan’s energy is fun and makes me laugh along with them. If you’re looking for an authentic podcast with a Wisconsin twist, this is the podcast for you.

I grew up in Wisconsin and have spent the last eight years of my life out of state. Finding this podcast helps me feel a little less homesick and makes me look forward to exploring our great state when I return!

If you’re looking for a podcast that’s as fresh and exciting as a new block of cheese, look no further. With only one episode under their belt, the new hosts are already creating vibes that are cheddar than anything I’ve heard lately. Their energy is contagious, and the chemistry between them is whey beyond what you'd expect from a show just starting out. They’ve got this perfect mix of humor and heart, making it feel like you’re hanging out with old friends at a Wisconsin tailgate. The vibes are so high, you’ll feel like you’re part of the conversation, whether it’s about the Packers, cheese curds, or just life in the Midwest. Can’t wait to see who they bring on next—hopefully someone who can match the energy and add even more layers to this already gouda time. This podcast is destined to become your new favorite—because these hosts? They’re the brie of the crop. Highly recommend for anyone looking to get in on some seriously good vibes!

I agree with some of the other comments. I don’t know if it’s a host issue or a sound issue, but there are way too many time the hosts are giggling and talking over themselves and I can’t understand what the heck anybody is saying. To me the purpose of this podcast used to be to educate the listener and generate interest so we travel to Wisconsin and enjoy ourselves and spend tourism dollars. Now the focus seems to be to entertain, targeting a younger crowd. The season 1 episodes led me to travel to Wisconsin and spend a lot of money doing it. I don’t see how having a reality tv guy from New York and his girlfriend as guests are going to inspire me to travel to Wisconsin. Likewise the games are cute I suppose, but they won’t inspire me to come there and spend money. Maybe that’s why you finally brought Eric back. I learned more in that episode than all the others in the new season combined. I think maybe you’re trying too hard to fix something that never was broken.
And you never have thanked Eric and all the other hosts for paving the way for you folks. That should have been the first thing out of your mouths in episode one. To me that speaks volumes.

We really enjoy Wisconsin themed podcasts. We listen to learn and discover additional areas around the state we may want to visit. This podcast goes up and down. Sometimes they do a great job of highlighting different areas around the state and sometimes all they want to do is talk about Milwaukee and Madison. Just listened to the first podcast with these new hosts. It was a pretty rough start. Way too much giggling and not any information of substance. (Other than the 22 year-old complaining about how gross fishing is. Which is sort of counter-productive for promoting Wisconsin). Will keep listening to see if it gets better, but if it’s more of the same, then it will be an Unfollow.
