I had the privilege of studying ethics under Dr. Walker at SBTS. This podcast was a huge counter-corrective for me. I didn’t realize how malformed my view on politics were before listening these guys. Smart, funny, and convicted. Love you Wheaton.
I look forward to listening to this podcast weekly. It is great to learn about current issues from a Biblical perspective in a way that is informative yet still funny and entertaining.
This show combines informative commentary and news from a Christian conservative perspective with humor and banter among guys who seem to enjoy each other and doing this show. That makes it interesting, helpful, and enjoyable. I try to catch this is as soon as I can whenever episodes come out. The format covers major news and less well-covered items of interest.

There’s value in hearing what counts for punditry in the Trumpian Christian Right. Ironically enough, you learn the most about contemporary evangelicalism when these guys allow themselves these extended riffs on either longstanding traditional theological concepts (say, the ordo amoris), an actual, established feature of our system of government (ljudicial review), or a long-debated economic policy (like tariffs). But it is not because these guys have anything more than a Wikipedia level understanding of those concepts. What you actually hear is how silly Christians sound when they contort their theology into the box made for them by the modern Republican Party and its dear leader. That, and one guy calling the other guy “Teets”.
