Without going too long, I think her show is culturally fun but lacking in any actual substance. She doesn’t take any real stances, but still makes petty appeals to the alternative right wing movement that’s popular on social media, by praising people like Thomas Massey, and criticizing the current administration very heavily, while also being skeptical of core issues like the Iran War and our international dealings. That’s fine, her politics aren’t my issue, it’s the shallowness, seeming inability to take a firm stance, and her deluge of political naïveté. And speaking of Massey, some people might find not having an ounce of compromise in your body inspirational. I find it a horrible trait for a politician or pundit. Anyway, her show is still charming enough on the culture, and she’s got talent. Just pick a lane already and stick in it. Culture? Serious Politics? If both, then really do both.

I really enjoy listening to Brett’s perspective. Total common sense which is refreshing. Listened to her interview on The Sean Ryan Show (#186) today…and…WOW! What an incredibly strong young woman she is. It was a 4 hour show and worth every minute! GO LISTEN! You’ll love her even more! ❤️

Common sense from a relatable woman with style. Makes us realize we aren’t alone. Brett has grace and compassion for a lot of the “nuts” out there and we think we need more of that.

Brett has turned into darker heavier “more serious” political topics but fails to lend a unique or nuanced view. I really enjoyed her pop-culture blend of politics and commentary on the Zeitgeist that her new show lacks. It filled a niche hole in the world that’s missing even after the DW exit. I understand for IP reasons she can’t do the same format but I don’t need another “same story different day” politics update that could be captured in a headline rather than the patterned circular ramblings to make a 20 minute show long enough to fit in an ad break. Still supporting Brett from afar and hope her journey brings her joy, but not listening for now.

I used to love listening to Brett, especially when she was still at DW. Her new show is somewhat boring. I very quickly unsubscribed, but would still listen occasionally to something that sounded interesting. Now I’m to the point I don’t want to even occasionally listen to her. While I once enjoyed her perspective on culture and politics, I’d rather go elsewhere. There’s plenty of other actual Conservative voices talking about the same talking points I’d rather spend my time listening to.
