Walt, Bry and Q are at once intelligent and ignorant, hilarious and heartbreaking, attractive and repulsive. In short, they are three middle-aged guys who are just trying to figuring it all out with clear moral compasses and wicked senses of humor. If you're just one of the ants doing your small part in the hill, you won't regret downloading all of the episodes. Life is strange and difficult. "Tell 'Em Steve-Dave" helps me laugh off the absurdity of it all. Thank you for keeping this going, guys. And thank you to Declan for delivering it to us every week.

I first discovered the crew during high school, when comic book men first premiered and I was instantly hooked on the guys. Their brutal honesty, true friendship and comedy, immediately hooked me and I found TESD.
Since then and even after the early cancellation of comic book men, I have become a lifelong fan of TESD and I have also become a huge fan of IJ.
I especially love the work that Walt does for all of the games that are played on the show. The aggravation and frustration from both Bryan and Q, is some of the funniest content on any podcast. Keep bringing back Dyslexia!!! I also enjoy all of the additional crew that is involved, especially 148, Sunday Jeff and Frank 5! Without these collection of people, the show wouldn’t be the same.
On a personal note. Over the past 10 years of listening, I have found that TESD has helped guide me through tough times. As someone who is now sober, it was comforting to hear the honesty from Bryan and know that people aren’t alone in this struggle.
Also, as a fan of comic book men, and someone who is part of the LGBTQ community…… I don’t think there were enough gay jokes about Mike and Ming!!!!!

Been listening to tell em Steve Dave for awhile now and this is what podcasting should be, no script, just friends messing around and supporting each other and hanging around. Don’t ever change!! As a Wildland firefighter, the days are long but at the end of the day TESD just helps me unwind.

I listen to dozens of podcasts a week and this is the only one I play the minute it drops.

Long time fan of these fun guys chatting, but as a gay guy that feels like a dagger is plunged in my chest every time I hear the word “gay” used in a derogatory way, I can no longer listen to these guys. Bryan Johnson insist on continuing to use it in that was and the other guys don’t call him out, which means they’re cool with it. Super disappointing. I’m all for being iconoclastic, but there’s a line.
