Sex, Death & Olive Oil

by Contessa Domenica

We’ve been told there are places too dark and dangerous, too wild and irrational, to ever acknowledge...let alone explore. Turns out, that’s where the real party is. Sex, Death & Olive Oil is a nine month journey down into the forbidden territories of the soul. Your guide through the shadowlands is Contessa Domenica, professional Dominatrix and deviant extraordinaire. Each month, a new portal opens, a new territory is revealed: BODY, DESIRE, SHAME, DEATH and beyond. This wild ride - visceral, emotional, psychological, philosophical - promises to disturb and disorient any stagnant, sterile ideas that have taken up nonconsensual residence in your psyche. It will undo everything you thought you knew about who - and what - you are. Along the way you will hear from a merry band of tricksters who offer rather thrilling - and sometimes disconcerting - alternatives to the terribly unimaginative norms we’ve been expected to swallow. We are making steak from the sacred cows of an overculture that is, quite frankly, on the way out. You have never experienced anything like Sex, Death & Olive Oil before. Because this is not a podcast. This is an initiation. You are not to listen while doing the dishes or driving your car. You are to get your very best set of headphones, close your eyes, and let yourself be taken away on a journey that you cannot come back from… Not as the same person you were, anyway. ◎ Creator, Host & Executive Producer: Contessa Domenica Creative Director & Editor: Kristina Loring Sound Designer: Axel Kacoutié Producer: Margit Sauk With original music by XINA Hosted on Acast.
