Every episode is a joy. I can’t say that about any other podcast/show. I don’t know how Miranda is so skilled at this; she isn’t flashy or brash or incendiary at all, but she gets her guests fully engaged. Somehow. She doesn’t just handle the engagement deftly, she prepares so exquisitely that the development of the whole is completely transparent and organic. Miranda is low-key spectacular because she is never the star. This podcast is a gift.
