Wow! Survivor: Season 47 was phenomenal but even better was tuning into the podcast after every show!

I love the inside perspective to the show- from the production, to the experienced player, to the fan.

Not only does the new era bring fans and audiences into the show this podcast is like adding on a backstage pass + meet and greet!

I loved every moment and can’t wait for more!

PS- if you are taking nominations/ suggestions for hosts next season I vote for Teeny!

Big survivor fan, thanks to my husband! Each week following the show I can’t wait to listen to the podcast. It’s my go to while getting ready Thursday mornings! I love the insight from both Jeff & the survivor player guest. It’s sums up all the questions and emotions I have after the show and gives great insights to all things survivor!! Absolutely LOVE it!! (Now, I’ve just got to get my husband, a super fan, to apply!)

There are so many Survivor podcasts but this is the one I really needed. I love the behind the scenes viewpoint from scene setup, player selection, editing, game design, etc. Perfection .

Like many, I’ve watched every episode of every season of Survivor. And until recently, I listened to every episode of “On Fire.” Here’s the good: I love Jay, loved Charlie this season and love Probst’s enthusiasm. However, lately, the podcast has become Probst going on and on and on about the intricacies of producing Survivor. For me, that’s getting boring. I know the crew is incredible, but I need less of the granular production details and more related to the players. Plus, even the show itself has become overly Probst-heavy. Why did we need his intro to the finale…especially when it’s followed by a “previously on Survivor?!” I know everyone loves Probst, and I do too, but I feel like maybe his ego has clouded his judgement. I’m getting more out of the “unofficial” podcasts that are willing to be critical of players and their moves. Oh, and one more critique: The audio from the show clips is SO quiet that it’s really hard to hear. Sorry to rain on the official Survivor parade, but Jeff needs to chill a bit and let the show and its viewers speak for themselves. Be willing to be critical!!!
