What listeners say

A curated, balanced selection of Apple Podcasts reviews.

Lisa Lacy is a 5 star host! She asks fantastic questions, and she’s so warm and engaging and makes you feel so comfortable! I felt like I could’ve talked to her all day! She really seems to know how to bring them out the best in her guests! I want to be just like her when I host events!

Holistic Brain Health · Sep 2026

Wow. Tonight‘s solo episode was exactly what I needed to hear after a massive family estrangement 30 years in the making and rediscovering my own life and my own thoughts and my own desires completely uninfluenced. Somehow there’s always at least one podcast a week that is exactly what I need to hear that makes me feel understood in a way that is so affirming. Lisa, you’re my new Delilah.

klmlpn · Sep 2026

This was my first podcast and I was nervous going in. My partner told me it is just another conversation, and the only difference is that this one gets recorded. That turned out to be true, and Lisa is most of the reason why. She was kind and she was present. She wanted to know how my brain works and how I help people, and she stayed curious about it for the whole hour. She checked in with me before we started and again after we finished. It felt like a conversation. I will not forget that Lisa was the first person to give me a shot to say how I see the world, and then was willing to share it.

Livingtooextreme · Sep 2026

Lisa is the ideal host—compassionate and committed to making the conversation healing for the guest and informative and inspiring for the audience. I felt heard and supported throughout the interview, and I genuinely enjoyed speaking with a fellow trauma survivor who is committed to helping others through honest, raw, and real conversation. Looking forward to speaking again!
