Great pod cast however the VA is treating A very small number of us now and will take decades to make this type of treatment available to the tens of thousands out there that need help now. As for I am a Vietnam veteran that has lived with PTSD issues for over 50 years. Fortunately I have a wonderful family that understands and supports me. I recently under went treatment with psilocybin in a setting with pharmacist and MDs. Over a three day process there were hours discussion and therapy beside the medication. The results were far beyond what I ever dreamed possible, I am happier now that I have been in the last 30 years. I truly believe this is a wonderful process that will save lives and how veterans see them selves and their families. All that said I do not believe the VA bureaucracy is capable of serving our community in a timely manner.
