Awesome Interview and Podcast.
African Americans have had to struggle so long to get positions they are well qualified for. Although we know this, but when I listened to Debbie Allen say how long it took her to find work and how she was denied the opportunity to produce by a producer who had no scheme of reference for the topic he was creating was disheartening to hear.
