What listeners say

A curated, balanced selection of Apple Podcasts reviews.

I am just a layman when it comes to law and I listen to this show to broaden my understanding and perspective. I tend to agree more with Richard in interpretation of different topics. It is an excellent, well argued show while being respectful in disagreements. It’s one of my favorite parts of the show. Having two individuals with differing views and opinions on rulings helps create a clearer picture. I have listened to other shows that have equal views about everything and found them to be hollow echo chambers. This show on the other hand has opened my eyes to new perspectives on interpretation because of the differing perspectives. I hope you continue to host these for many years.

In my small community, I have held a monthly forum on constitutional issues for nine years. I’m always looking for resources to help me understand and frame controversial constitutional issues. Harder than you’d think to find such conversations as are found in this podcast. I hope John Yoo, Richard Epstein, and Charles Cook continue with this important work.

Love the addition of Charles CW Cooke. All very engaging and educational. Wish they could do this weekly.

I’m not an attorney, lawyer, or Jurist Doctor but I love this podcast. Hearing both sides of these arguments as well as the occasional agreements from these two ( and now three) eminent counselors is fodder for my active sea lawyering. Put this podcast on your favorites list so you don’t miss any episodes. Great Job and Bravo Zulu.
