What listeners say

A curated, balanced selection of Apple Podcasts reviews.

I’m a mom to several young children, and this is my favorite podcast to listen to. I love the range of topics from the lighthearted to the thought provoking. I always walk away having learnt something and with reflections to ponder. The Church loves its priests! Good work, brothers.

I love listening to y’all! Your episodes and lessons on the Christian life, good humor, and Dominican spirituality have helped me a lot this year as I prepare to join the Dominican Sisters of St. Cecilia in August, thanks be to God! Thank you for your witness and message. You are in my prayers. Ave Maria!

I enjoy this podcast very much. It’s such a wonderful way for me to ground myself on those days when I’m struggling. To listen to others who share in my faith and accept it as the gift that it is, is important to me. Plus, I learn a lot about why we as Catholics do what we do. And, most importantly, the gentle reminder that faith is just that, there’s not always complete answers to every questions we might have, and that’s more than ok.

I have always loved learning about theology, morality etc but in college it was often too ivory-tower-superfluous-academia-esque. Then while turning to the internet, lots of more academic videos are more just “gotcha” and “get owned” debates. Godsplaining is neither of those things, which I really respect. Sure, when talking about the transcendental things can get wonky as always. But I have really enjoyed listening to Godsplaining, as I can still keep up with the conversation and ponder some really deep stuff. Five stars.
