We have been listening daily for 6+ years and enjoy the positive, uplifting start to the day. However, the new format with ads in the middle of Joel’s messages are very disruptive and intrusive! Please return to the old format of ads at the beginning and end. We loose focus on the message and it has left a bitter taste in our mouths. We are talking about not listening anymore and instead watching on YouTube without ads. Thank you, Joel, for the wonderful years of starting our day off on a positive foot!

Horrible format for the new ads! Mid message a horribly noxious startling sound plays and two minutes of ads take place. And it happens twice! (Update: now 3 times!). It’s shocking. Keep ads at the beginning and end. At a minimum change the noxious sound bite before the ad starts to something less jarring. Absolutely awful choice of sound bites. Ads are fine. However, this is intolerable.

I was a little put off by the ads at the beginning of each message now…. But to have to hear them right in the middle of the sermon is too much. It’s very distracting and I am a believer. Imagine what a turn off it is to someone who is searching. Do you really need the ad revenue?! It’s too much and it is turning off the people you are trying to reach. It’s a shame.
