The premise of this show is the deep dives into specific attractions and the world class ranking system. I particularly like the episodes that venture out of the Disney/Universal rides whose histories are well-known and widely covered. (The SpongeBob ride in Vegas was a good one, more like that please!) Lately, it’s been more trip reports, news, and lists. Too many theme park podcasts run out of ideas and just start doing trip reports, news, and lists. Then they are all the same. (I get it, if Disney is paying for you to come down and tour a construction site, you gotta hype it up. But stop with the lists already.) You guys have barely scratched the surface of attraction deep dives, don’t lose focus already!

I started listening to this podcast back in 2024, after a vacation to Florida and we spent a day at Universal and a day at Magic Kingdom. I was a casual fan at that point, never been to the parks very much as an adult but had a ton of fun when I visited. I’ve learned SO much from this podcast and they have officially turned me into a theme park sicko. Literally. Ask my husband, I talk about rides with him constantly haha! I am so hyped to ride Cosmic Rewind for the first time this November!

Bring back more episodes about specific rides and running them through the test. The list episodes are fine every now and then, but lately it feels like you’re just trying to stretch this thing out. I get that you want to extend the life of the podcast, but it’s just been a bummer to not have as much of the original concept of the podcast to listen to. I say this all as a fan and you don’t owe me anything by any means, so I hope you don’t take it negatively.
