This podcast is quickly becoming one of my favorite to listen to. There have been other podcasts in CNY that interview chefs and those in the restaurant industry, however Anthony does not come across as pretentious. He openly admits he is not in the industry and allows the chefs to tell their story. He allows the chefs to tell their story uninterrupted. Check it out!!!!
