The mini episodes are succinct enough, the longer episodes are entertaining, too - both are riddled with long ads, but I find it easy to skim through them. The candid advice is hysterical and off the cuff. I cannot stop thinking of that medical school graduate who is contemplating an engagement/marriage to her junior high sweetheart, ouch. More often than not, these folks are plenty book smart, but absolutely dim in the life skills department. Society needs help on both spectrums, so thanks for what you’re doin’!
PS - your Tim Gunn interview broke me. .. in the best way. My heart is full, but I keep it close : )

I love Chelsea’s books, so this podcast is a joy. The Denis Leary episode made me laugh my head off, and I listened to the Laura Day episode the second it was released (Laura’s books Instagram lives have been a blessing to me). Next up: Laura Lynn Jackson! (Byt, Catherine is an amazing cohost.)

Chelsea is so accomplished, bright, funny, and introspective. I really enjoy her interviews with other interesting and accomplished women and the Q&A is Chelsea and her guests way of paying it forward. I left the US six years ago but Chelsea is my connection I cherish to all that is good about comedy in the States. Come to Prague Chelsea! I think you would have an enthusiastic Czech audience.

I am so grateful that I found this podcast, via Alex Cooper. I have always been a fan of Chelsea Handler as a comedian, but I had no idea how intellectual & intelligent she is. She is using her privilege as a wealthy white woman, and her platform as a celebrity, to shed light on very important issues throughout the US and the world. She covers topics ranging from politics, to human rights, to relationship dynamics (romantic & platonic). There is a diverse group of guests on each episode, and the advice that is given is so needed & so wise, and so authentic. I love that she allows her listeners to write/call in with questions && she always gives her honest opinion. She comes from a place of experience, wisdom, and empathy. You don’t really get to see her empathetic side through her comedy, but she is truly such a compassionate person. I’m actually in awe of this podcast and so grateful for it.

I love Chelsea Handler and consume her content, but her podcast is unenjoyable because of how many ads there are, and how long the ads are. It seems like half the episodes are just ads…
I enjoy the guests that Chelsea has on and the banter between her and Catherine. The structure feels odd mid-conversation with the “let’s take a break and come right back” and then there’s no break. What’s this about? This podcast almost has it figured out, just needs some tweaking keeping the listener in mind.

I really loved this podcast, like looked forward to it coming out every Thursday but now it’s mostly adds and conversations with celebrities about their rich and famous lives. Then they do 15 minutes of question. This is meant to be an advice podcast. I really don’t care to hear about all these celebrities’ mothers and childhood traumas. There are plenty of other spaces for celebrities to be narcissists. Answer some damn questions.
