Commata: Communication Theory and Research

by Commata

Commata: the plural of comma. In each episode we take an extended pause to deconstruct the complex and multi-faceted syntactic and semantic nuances that comprise human interaction. The Chrysopa Commata is a green, winged insect that - much like communication - defies simple categorization, interpretation, and all sense of shared understanding. Chrysopa have been moved from one genus to another and back again. Cover art "Chrysopa commata1" by Teemu Rintala and Timo Lehto.
